What should you do when EVERYONE has something to say about your project?

What feedback should you take & what feedback should you throw out?

Well here are a few pro-tips:

   
1. Weigh real (preferably paying) user feedback more than friend/investor feedback
   
2. Disagreeing opinions shouldn't stop you from launching this thing...
   
3. Create a clear process to organize & evaluate everyone's thoughts
